On3 is a Wellington based employment advocacy offering a national service. We specialise in resolving employment relationship problems quickly and effectively. We offer up to 30 minutes initial consultation in person, or over the phone, at no charge to discuss your case and advise on the financial viability of taking further action. Our fees are flexible and if you’re an employee, often these are recoverable from your employer if your case is successful.

For employees
There are many situations that result in an employment relationship problem. It may not be necessary for a problem to be resolved in mediation or the Employment Relations Authority. It is likely your employer wishes to resolve a problem as quickly and efficiently as you do. Once you engage our services, we can take it from there. Your employer will not engage you to discuss the matter without going through us first.
For employers
We offer a range of advocacy services and employment relations advice to employers ensuring you meet legislative requirements. Workplace relationship problems can often be avoided or minimised with early intervention. If you find yourself dealing with a time consuming workplace issue, consider engaging us to assist. From impartial investigations, mediation services and advocacy representation, we can help.
